I checked in and was immediately greeted at the desk. The staff is VERY nice and they are a wealth of information. They were my first impression of this hotel and it was great!
Once I got to my room, it was very spacious and clean. The room wasn't overbearing with a lot of stuff, but it had high quality basics that made the stay nice. The room temperature was spot on and it remained that way throughout my stay.
The TV is very good with a great picture and lots of channels. There is an ironing board and iron along with a small fridge in the room.
I managed to find a dining area on the first floor behind the front desk area. The prices were OUTRAGEOUS!!! The food is very good, but there isn't a small muffin in the world worth $3+. If the prices were more realistic, having the dining facility in the hotel would make this place the ultimate location for business meetings, long stays, etc. However, since I highly recommend dining else where due to the prices, I have to deduct a point! The Hyatt can and should do better.More
