Description: Situated on the River Tillingbourne and surrounded by stunning countryside, this beautiful timber-framed mill dates from Medieval times. We've gone to great lengths to preserve the character of the building, with its jumble of nooks and crannies, ancient creaking floorboards, and a forest of oak beams. You'll find a warm welcome, a decent wine list, and good honest food cooked with care.

Another visit with friends to Gomshall Mill enjoying a 3 course meal and each course ripping at the taste buds wanting more. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and can't do enough for you (a big thank you to Lizzie)... looking forward to our next visit...! Joseph & Sharon x...

First meal out after lockdown, thought we'd treat ourselves and sat in the pretty garden on a Sunday late afternoon. They were not that busy but the service was painfully slow, and the meal when it arrived was disappointing. The starters were ok, nothing special, but the mains had obviously been standing for a long while before being served; they were bland and lukewarm. The roast potatoes were completely inedible, dry and rock hard! As were the chips and the burger.
Disappointed.

Another wonderful lunch in this charming and well run local pub/ restaurant. Special thanks to Richard who made us feel welcome. As a hotelier it’s hard to please me, but this lunch got 10/10. Very rare for me. When I saw “Trout Wellington” I thought that was different. The dish was perfect, with a lattice work top which ensured the pastry was not over powering. The Sheere Drop bitter was perfect.

We had 2 tables of 4 each and the restaurant went out of their way to ensure we were adjacent to each other. Our main course was fabulous and dessert very scrumptious. The staff were very friendly and helpful considering they were run off their feet. We love coming here as we know we’ll get looked after. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable.
