very nice rooms, very clean. Wonderful view of the city. I wish they would have had a fridge in the room. But otherwise it was awsome.
The decor was upscale and the hotel staff was very helpful. We called down and asked for more towels and they brought them up right away, usually in a large hotel you have to wait a bit. Enjoyed the stay. We did use the valet parking, yes it is expensive but worth the few extra dollars when I was with my teenage daughter. All the hotels in the downtown area are expensive for valet parking.

Room Tip: higher floors have awesome views of the city.

Stayed in the new JW Marriott . Valet parking is $35-- regular parking across the street deck $28. Rooms in the $200s for 2 queens. Hotel restaurant food was average. Restaurant service was poor, -- there was a huge volleyball tournament in town, the dinner crowds were large, and they sat 3 large tables ahead of us I believe to not tick off non player diners. (We were ahead of them on the list) The hotel has skyway connections to the convention center which was very nice during the downpours. Starbucks on 2nd floor well attended. Beds comfortable but hindsight would request non feather coverlet and pillows as they were warm and room thermostat would not go below 66 degrees-- and the room felt no where near 66. Bell and valet personnel were excellent, loading our luggage into our cars when we had to check out for a meeting and needed to store bags-- saved us, and them, I'm sure, a hassle. Circle Center mall is a pleasant walk away and there is a nice movie theater there as well. Eating places all around, including a (non crowded) street level Starbucks. Interior is modern in a 50s kind of way-- you would only notice if you were in that age 45 and up crowd. Ice is located on one floor in a wine cellar like room. Windows in rooms are large and let in much light. Beds have readings lights. Bathrooms more than adequate. Wireless fee is $12.95 per day. One security feature is that you must scan your room key in the elevator to access upper floors. Sometimes it worked the first time, others your floor was skipped before you could get it to work. You didn't have to use the key going down.

Room Tip: Rooms near stairwells will hear stairwell doors open and close if someone using.

Yes their executive suits are expensive how ever. This room gives you more bang for your buck. Huge shower with three heads blowing great water pressure at you and massaging your muscles then after your vigourating shower they have a warm fluffy bathrobe waiting for you to put on. the king size bed is inviting and soft and the tv is huge. the living room looks over the statium and many other things. i felt like a queen. there is a guest room for pple that come to visit you and so much more. check it out you really want to.

We stayed there for couple of nights on 20th floor. OMG, the view is breathtaking!!!!!!! The hotel is brand new, everything is shiny and colorful and smells nice and new. We got a corner room so two walls were all glass from top to the bottom. My son did not want to leave the room, he enjoyed the view so much. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the bathroom is big and very well designed. The halls are nice with beautiful artworks. We were very impressed with breakfast buffet, and it was not overpriced, only $16 per adult, $8 per child. The location is great, you can walk everywhere in downtown. We loved people at the hotel, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Overall, my new favorite!!!!!!!!! We highly recommend it to everyone. Kids friendly.

Room Tip: Take a corner room at higher floors
