Good diner, great service good prices and a big menu. Cornbread is great. Not so much the gravy. But, service with a smile and fantastic desserts

Our party of 4 made a stop at the USA restaurant in Reynolds on a Sunday evening. It's an older, small town, eating joint but don't let that keep you away... the service was friendly, the food was homemade and very delicious, and the portions were very ample.

There were 6-7 dinner specials under $9 and included, soup, salad, main course with choice of potato, a roll, side vegetable, and a dish of ice cream to top it all off!

I had the turkey with stuffing with mashed potatoes and gravy... all very good! My wife had the Gyro pita that she rated as "thumbs up!" My daughter had a very large hamburger that was handmade and included all the fixings. And our friend had the chicken breast special that he said was "delicious" and very filling.

Our server was very attentive and friendly and made sure our dining experience was a good one.

We'll be back.

Stinging fly-bites and small scrapes were burning like fire from the sweat running in to them, but it was a small price to pay. Face and body camouflaged with a light coating of red dust, Martha crept forward through the short grass and, with a primal scream, rose quickly and thrust the spear into the side of the sleeping lion. With a mighty roar, the lion screamed awake and tried to eviscerate Martha with its powerful claws, but Umkimbe had taught her well, and she maintained a fervent grip on the haft of the spear, so the lion could never close the distance. For several minutes, the lion thrashed and roared, and Martha rode the whirlwind of tawny blood and death as the beast's heart pumped its last blood, its lungs processed the last free air they would taste. At last, succumbing to its wounds, the animal lay on its side, panting in agony and gazing at a sideways view of the grassy plain and the clear blue sky. She hoped her cubs would be okay.

Exhausted, Martha pulled the spear from the lion's side, and dragged herself to her knees, then to her feet. Holding the spear high over her head, she put one foot atop the lion, and let out her tribe's war cry; "Eat at USA Restaurant in Monticello! It's the best!"

Hometown cooking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you want a stick-to-your-ribs diner, here is the place to go. You will not leave hungry and the prices are so cheap. Delicious.
