The location is good. It's about a mile from the center of Nashville. When we pulled up, we noticed the outside was not well kept. Overgrown grass, weeds and plants and a brick missing from the facade give the place a rundown look. We checked in at 4 as instructed and were greeted by a woman who acted like she'd rather be somewhere else. This was the last time we saw any staff. We stayed in the Jasmine room. The ad says for those who are cold natured. I should have taken this to heart as the air conditioning barely worked and was supplemented by a fan. It's a good thing it wasn't hot or we would have been miserable. The hot tub was small but nice. The room itself was sparsely furnished with only 1 chair and a sagging king-sized bed. There was a closet and a dresser and a small flat screen TV. The sink in the bathroom was slow running on the verge of being stopped up. The shower door wasn't properly on track. We tried to call the number listed to get another room or a refund and no one ever answered or returned our calls. For nearly $250/night, we expected MUCH better. I've stayed in cheap motels better than this place. Not recommended.
