We ordered online for my sons birthday. First of all not one of the 6 meals that we ordered was worth eating, if it had not been a 30 min drive back and my sons b-day I would have returned all of it!! The 3 fajita burrito dinners was flour shell filled with black beans with VERY little chicken and NO fajita vegetables. The other 3 was basically about the same with sauce smeared on top. We could of eaten at taco bell for WAY less money ($105 for 6 dinners) in which they UPCHARGE you for picking up your own order!!! The burrito is listed as 11.79 (which is way to much for what we got) we were charged 13.59 and we picked it up. Oh and we got chicken nacho which consisted of 6 oversized chips smeared with black bean and literally a PC of chicken on each...those were absolutely gross!! Will not be back and they wont be open long with business like that..

Poor service, poorly prepared meals and all 4 of us had a bad experience. The food was cold where it should be hot, and hot where it should have been cold. Everything seemed to be upside down here.

Moving here from Texas, I was expecting Chuy’s to be really good food, although Tex-Mex rather than authentic. But the food was only fair. Chuychonga was mediocre. Fajita tacos were nothing great. No sauce and only one piece of pepper per taco. Jalapeños were canned. No seafood of any kind, not even a fish taco to be found. Flavor just was missing all around. Just disappointed as I had hopes that this restaurant would deliver really tasty food. Atmosphere was iffy. I was expecting a more Mexican or Tex-Mex feel. There was none. We will look elsewhere for good Mexican food.

Traveling home (to Tennessee) from Michigan after a very quick trip, we decided to go out of our way a wee bit to try the Chuy's (Indianapolis/Noblesville) to see if they could/would make up a plate of vegetarian nachos for us ~ something they won't do here in Nashville!
Rob, the manager, came to the table, got down to our level and after we explained what we would like assured us that it was no problem at all and they would be happy to make them for us. The normal nacho chips are not currently available but he used the chips they had and made a wonderful lunch. He was very intent to make sure our visit went well, checking to make sure we were taken care of.
Our server, Christy, was equally helpful and attentive making us very happy we went several miles out of our way to get a really good meal.
I think the management here in Nashville (Opry Mills) could take a lesson!

Great place to meet friends and catch up. Food is consistently well prepared and tasty and timely. Upbeat vibe.
