Nice place to stay....nothing out of the ordinary but a good place to put your head down...ate at Champps next door...so so meal....wouldn't eat there again but the breakfast was okay...hotel a little bit worn around the edges but that is the same with many hotels in America

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay with us. I am sorry to hear that your experience reflects poorly on hotels in America. As a Best Western Plus we are continually adding new upgrades and amenities to our facility so that we may accommodate our guests in a comfortable and clean establishment. If your travels return you to our area, we hope you will choose to stay with us again.
Thank you,

My family and I had a birthday party here. We rented a room with the pool view. This room was nice but for its size and amenities but it was some what over priced. The pool and jaccuzi was nice, a lot of fun in there and very clean. but a very stron gsmell of chlorine. Very over powering at first. For staying there overnight, we were able to get the Sunday Buffet for free. This was not a good buffet. The food was flavorless and I was very disappointed in this. The resturant itself was nice but if you ordered off the menu be prepared to pay a lot!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful but in my opinion this hotel costs to much for what you get. Oh and you can't pay cash or check. Thank goodness i paid online.

Room Tip: Rooms pools side will smell of chlorine and are more expensive then the others.

Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay with us. We take our guests comments with high regard to learn how better to accommodate our guests. It was great to hear that you and your family enjoyed the pool area. I apologize that our complimentary breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. We try to provide a wide variety and high quality buffet; we will certainly make note of your experience for the future. Our establishment does require a credit card upon check in for authorization, but we do then in turn accept cash at check out. Our rates are very competitive with the other full service properties in the area, we understand your concerns and will use your feedback to help us provide the best hospitality to our guests. Thank you again for taking your time to provide us with your comments. We hope you will choose to try our Best Western Plus in the future.
Sincerely,
Tina Gau

Was looking for a great rate for a simple 1-night stay and got it. Also wanted someplace close to a decent meal and got it at the connected Champps. On the surface, it's seemingly a nice hotel. Nice lobby, nice pool area. It went downhill from there. The hotel seems tired and in need of a complete remodel. Seemingly endless hallways, but we found our room. Again, on the surface, it seemed like a decent room. Closer inspection found an orderly bathroom, but visible mold/mildew in the shower, especially on the tub/shower on/off handle (was black inside). Air conditioner did give out cool air, yet was noticeably dusty and old. Worse yet were the cobwebs on the wall and ceiling. It didn't take much to see them fluttering in the breeze from the air conditioner below. The meal at Champps ended up being the highlight of our stay, which will be our last at this Best Western location, at least until things like what we found are addressed, better yet, the hotel remodeled. Lastly, the hotel IS convenient to the highway, but getting across the highway can be a challenge, and definitely a time to look both ways several times. Too bad there wasn't a signal right there.

Room Tip: Wondering if better housekeeping attention is paid to the rooms immediately adjacent to the nice pool area???? Made us wonder that after our stay.

Thank you for providing us information regarding your stay. I apologize immensely that your room wasn't to your expectations nor to ours. We do have high regards for the cleanliness of our hotel, and want you to know that your comments have been discussed with our housekeeping department. Through continuous feedback and training with our staff, our hopes are to exceed our guests expections! We have undergone a large renovation in 2007 and continue to do so. Our most recent upgrades have been granite countertops and flat screen TV's in all of our rooms. While our heating and A/C units are dated but yet still functioning, our goal is to eventually have them all replaced. It is a gradual process, some have already been replaced, however with such a large property it will take some time to complete that project. Our hopes are that you would try our property again and give us another opportunity to provide you with the type of experience we pride ourselves on. Thank you again, and please feel free to contact me directly to discuss anything further or for future arrangements at our establishement.

Overall, the facility was a nice surprise. Was disappointed that we could not pay cash upon arrival. Apparently it takes a manager approval to pay cash! The desk staff should make sure newcomers know where the elevator is located. It is a good facility if you want to bring your kids along. Nice pool area. We were there for business purposes and found it convenient. The restaurant was good, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I would recommend this to my friends as a good place to stay. It was a bit pricy for the facility; however.

Room Tip: Unless you plan on using the poor and can tolerate the chlorine smell, stay on the other end of the motel.
