“Great little diner!”
Review of Stacy's

Stacy's
Certificate of Excellence
Description: Since 1969, Stacy's has been serving homestyle country classics to the Junction City area. With only a few left, we are proud to still operate out of an original 1940s era Valentine diner! We serve a number of breakfast & lunch favorites such as biscuits & gravy, omelets, pancakes, chicken fried steak, the Hungry Man's breakfast, and more. Or if you're looking for something sweet, try our homemade cinnamon rolls and pie! Our family recipes have been bringing in regulars for 50 years, but our awesome and hardworking staff are what keep them coming back. They know the secret -- great food, great prices, and great service. Stacy's is tribute to the days of the past, as well as a promise for a good time and delicious homestyle cooking. Whether you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite, or somewhere to catch up with friends and family, stop by for some Good Home Cookin'!

We stopped here for breakfast on our way home to Oklahoma from Manhattan because the Manhattan restaurants were too busy. It was definitely a good decision, as the waitstaff was attentive and the food was delicious! It doesn't look like much from the outside but if you want a great diner breakfast, this is the place to stop. Family-owned and in business since 1969, they will celebrate 50 years in 2019. We met the owner and she was lovely. We will stop in again on our next trip to Manhattan!

We had the most delightful breakfast at Stacy’s! We are from Texas and were passing through, and all the glowing reviews online led us here and we’re so glad we came!!! Everything was amazing- I ordered crispy hash browns and they were just perfectly crisp. The biscuits were light and fluffy, as were the pancakes, and the eggs were cooked just right. Everyone who worked there was so sweet, even though they were very busy since the place was packed on a Sunday morning. My daughter left behind her bonnet, and when we called later in the morning, the manager was so kind and quickly offered to mail it back to us in Texas. Wow. You just can’t beat delicious food AND very kind service. We love Stacy’s!

Whether trsveling through Kansas or a local covetibg hood grub and fellowship, Stacy's is a great place to eat.
We stopped in while traveling ftom KY to CO for a late breakfast/early lunch on 9/7/18.

Breakfast was our choice. And there was plenty of it. Hot coffee and drink refills without asking accompanied by friendly service. Yum!

I think you can tell a good restaurant when the "locals" eat the food!! This restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and is always busy. It might always be busy but service is fast and friendly. The food is great and plentiful. We were there for lunch, the restaurant was busy but our waitress was delightful and gave us time to decided what to eat from the large section of dishes. We will stop again on out travels as it's right off the interstate
