We stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving. The elevator wasn’t working so we were grateful for a first floor room. Hotel was full and staff overwhelmed. WiFi did not work until our last evening there, which was frustrating. Desk clerk said She “was thinking about calling someone” when I️ called the 2nd night it still wasn’t working. Clerk generally inattentive — on phone with a co-worker so we waited to check in and other nights had a young man hanging around behind the desk, chatting. Our room was nice and seemed clean. Breakfast had nice choices, both hot and cold. Will stay here again and hope for a more positive experience.

A good place to get some sleep which is clean, beds are not the best you will sleep on. Biggest complaint is television and confusing channel listing as well as constant skipping out of what you are watching. I think it is satellite of some sort but this is the biggest shortcoming. They are about the only place to stay in a 30 mile radius so its worth it if you need to be in the area for a couple of days.

We stayed here for the second time. Our daughter got married this weekend and we blocked off 15 rooms. We had a king suite, bed is awesome. Room had fridge, microwave, iron/board, toiletries, fresh towels both days. Hot breakfast was way more than just the usual Continental. They offered biscuits and gravy, egg/sausage muffins, waffles, fruit, donuts, cereal. They were kind enough to hand out gift bags from the bride when our guests arrived! After we left they even called me to let me know they found my son's personalized Brother of the Bride tie clip! Now that's great customer service. All the staff was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and inviting as well. We'll be back!

Exceptional service --- very accommodating for our very large family. We'll definitely be returning. We had two king suites and this worked great for us. The pool was a big hit as a gathering place, as was the breakfast room. Thanks Paola Inn staff for making our family reunion so much fun.

In town for a graduation celebration. Average, clean accommodations, and as someone reviewed prior, very comfortable bed, I'd rate it up for that, but knocked it down because of the nearly two dozen smokers lined up next to the lobby doors. Much better than the B&B we stayed at last time we visited.

Standard 'Free Breakfast' free breakfast.

Room Tip: All about the same. It's relatively small, so if you are on the first floor, you are close to the lobby.
