Fair price for the breakfast, clean facilities and fast service, the pecan waffle really good and one of my recommendations.

love this place! steak could have been bigger with the steak and eggs order. Heather our waitress was sweet and kept calling me baby...haha. food is mid-priced and she gave us a soda and coffee to go on the house when we told her we were on trip advisor. Hows that??
We twice ate here while staying in Louisville, one late lunch and another day, a snack at 10.30pm after a show. They were the only place still open and made us very welcome. The waitress was also the cook, on duty all night! She cheerfully cooked our delicious toasted chicken sandwiches and waffles then served them with mugs of hot tea, which was exactly what we needed at 11pm at night! Perfect! It was a simple All Day Breakfast type menu but cooked really well and proper maple syrup with the waffles! Yum!
We went to the Waffle House on the Shelbyvillle Road in Louisville, KY yesterday for a late breakfast. A little crowded, but as luck would have it, there was a couple just finishing, we took their booth and didn't have to wait at all. I ordered country ham and eggs! I must say it was some of the best country ham I have ever eaten. The service was good and fast and the price was very reasonable, worth every penny! Most of us have tried a waffle house from time to time, but the country ham at this location was worth writing this review. Thanks!
