Peruvian charcoal rotisserie chicken with just the right amount of spices to compliment and not overwhelm. Get the half mix to try both the dark and white meat. The skin is perfection of flavor with some crispy parts, the fat is all but gone into the succulent meat that is infused with flavor itself. Cilantro rice our favorite side, garbanzo beans and mashed potatoes follow close behind. The chicken fried rice was great too if you're not a cilantro fan. Both sauces were wonderful, get more for just ten cents each. The flan was our favorite desert, so creamy! The owner is charming to speak with and truly loves his food. You'll feel like you're a guest in his home instead of a counter service restaurant. Very affordable and super clean (great restroom too). We loved it so much we bought a whole chicken to take back home to Cincinnati, even more amazing all cut up and heated in a skillet with the skin mixed in!
