Large rooms with kitchen and living area. Clean and comfortable beds! Blackout shades too! Great location near many restaurants and shopping areas. Very nice staff! We will definitely stay there again!

Some enchanted evening I cavorted with warmth, solace and comfort. I snored thru the fragrance of my wife’s romantic snuggle
and gasping whisper. I was in paradise. I will be back in your
arms in summer and fall.

We had traveled to attend a family member's high school graduation. Other family were staying at this facility so we booked there, too. The suite we had included a living area with a good sized refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, sink dishwasher, small dining table, work/desk area, sofa that pulled out into a very comfortable bed and television plus a separate bedroom with queen bed, dresser, a second televison. There was a very large bathroom with tub/shower. Similar to a one bedroom apartment. The lighting was excellent in all areas. The temperature control was easy to adjust. The beds were very comfortable. This is a 'green' facility so you can decide how often linens are changed. Any toiletries not used will be recycled. The work out room was well equipped. The entire facility was extremely clean. The staff was gracious, friendly and quick to help. The complimentary breakfast was varied, fresh and very good, served from 6 am to 10 am. The room rate was very reasonable for all the amenities included. We were only two adults but for a family with children this would be an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again.

this is one of the hardest reviews i have written! i am torn as i like the basic concept of the hotel chain, but was disgusted at the many mishaps during our stay....
Pro: i love the modern approach, the lobby is extremely spacious, lots of sitting areas and clean and simple. The rooms are very large, each with a pullout couch that can be partitioned off with a heavy curtain. the room includes a big fridge, sink, dishwasher (!) and mircro. dish wear, silver and toaster are on hand. they offer hot plates and griddles for use. lots of cupboard space and good size closet. it's all modern, reminded me a bit of an ikea approach. pool area is nice, lots of seating, a grill area and tables and chairs. also in the front of the hotel there's a nice sitting area with a fireplace all outside.

con: they have a serious problem with the cleaning system!!!!!!! they offer a daily "light clean" that basically gets you new towels, tp refill, and bed made (NO crisp corners here.....the first day i asked my husband if HE made the bed....!!!!) and that's it. every 5th day of your stay they do a deep cleaning: problem here: saturday and sunday doesn't count in their math!!!!!!!!! we checked in on a wednesday and out on a tuesday and our room NEVER got cleaned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now thankfully we are rather clean people, but that's just gross! i wipe down our toilet every other day at home.....never a vacuum, no moping of a bathroom floor, no wiping of sink or counter
they totally forgot to give us a light clean on friday, we requested a light clean for the weekend (because if you don't do that, nobody comes to your room over the weekend) and they still didn't clean our room on sunday. we threatened them with their own mission statement (hung up in the lobby) that if you're not satisfied you get a free night and miraculously they found a cleaning lady to come make our bed (nothing else) after they repeatedly told us that no staff is available........bs

besides that, our room had a very distinct odor of pets as they allow animals in their hotel. which i don't have a problem with, but with their lack of cleaning adds to the grossness!!!!!! we opted to spend our free time in the lobby....also because the wifi in the rooms is very unreliable.
my last complaint: the pillows: ours were a contained pile of lumps! if you ever wondered what happens to Hilton pillows - they come to the home2suites to die.....

so overall, i like their approach to being green, but not cleaning has nothing to do with being green. i don't think i will EVER stay at this certain chain again, unless Hilton seriously changes the cleaning concept of the chain, actually i believe it shouldn't have any association with the Hilton name.
i would like to give high praises though to mr. henderson at the front desk, this gentleman goes way beyond his duties and displayed extreme concern, friendliness and helpfulness towards his guests. thank you very much!

Thank you for giving us a try and for providing your feedback. I apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay in regards to our housekeeping services. Home2 brand does have some unique services because we are set up for extended stay. However, this does not mean that you should feel your room wasn't clean. I will share your comments with the staff. This place needs better employees. Front desk staff and breakfast staff was rude and had attitudes. Very nice hotel but my experience was ruined because of rude employees. I will never stay at this hotel again and probably will never stay at another home 2 again.
