Description: Andy's Bistro brings to Metairie all the zest and charm of New Orleans and Cajun cooking! Our menu showcases some of Louisiana's finest French-influenced cuisines including flavorful seafood dishes: BBQ Shrimp, Wood Fired Oysters, Gulf fish, scallops, and crab, and some of the most satisfying hamburgers, steaks, and wood-fired flatbreads in the south! Our filet mignon melts in your mouth, and our Paneed Veal is second to none. Andy's Bistro takes particular care in selection of its menu options, and along with that comes a great deal of love and scrutiny with the ingredients we use to prepare your meal. Andy's believes that fantastic food can be just as good for the soul as it is for your body, which is why we hand select our produce to ensure the freshest flavors and cuts of meat. We acquire food as close to the source as possible, which means our seafood is the highest quality by industry standard and is always fresh. We keep our plates (and palates) green and clean at every opportunity. Our wine and beer pairings is another way that Andy's Bistro goes the extra mile to guarantee a meal prepared to perfection. Our selection of craft beers and fine wines are chosen to enhance key flavors of our dishes and to suit seasonal and regional characteristics to create a culinary experience. Andy's also has facilities private parties and events including an exceptional catering service to create the perfect, custom statement for your next corporate or private gathering! our group held a dinner business meeting here and all enjoyed a very good dinner. attention was paid to grilling the steaks to varied requested tastes; several of us enjoyed grilled fish, it was fresh and cooked to a nice flaky consistency. the side dishes were not an after thought as we find sometimes, but rather were made to be remembered. dessert was a little too sweet, maybe cutting back a bit on the sugar would be better. service was friendly. there is a good cocktail bar with some fun mixes offered. pricing was fair overall. credit cards were accepted.

Great Food, Great Service. Definitely worth a visit. Some items are pretty pricey but some are OK. I felt the food was better (i.e. excellent) than the desserts (i.e. good).

On the road for milestone birthday road trip & was in NOLA for the big day.. Great meal.

The Bloody Marys come with 2 levels of spiciness - hot & even hotter. But very tasty.

Great job on scallops. Steak cooked perfectly medium rare. Gumbo a bit weak for my taste. Bread pudding not up to local standards.

We spent a night in NOLA following a fishing trip and chose a steakhouse. We have some great steak places in the Pacific Northwest, but all four of us agreed that the steaks we were served here were maybe the best ever, in our lifetimes. Not cheap, but a great meal with supper service!

Very good food great steak but a bit pricey. Wife's scallops were very good as was the cauliflower appetizer. Wine list is a little short but got a good Cabernet for 48 dollars.
