A hidden gem in the heart of residential Metairie, this place offers both New York thin crust and Chicago deep dish style pizza. In true deep dish fashion, it takes about 50 minutes to cook, so if you want one you may want to call ahead and show up when almost done. We opted for the NY style, and it was good. They have sizes from 8 inch up to 20 inch, so every appetite can be met. The beer comes in big, thick, cold schooners, and they have a surprisingly large number of selections on draft and in bottle. I would have liked a little more red sauce on the pizza, but other than that, pretty good stuff. Prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and service was superb. Definitely will get a return visit to try the Chicago style.
