The wife and I took our kids and grandkids to Cormier's for diner the other evening. Kids had told us it could ne very busy but it was kinda slow so that was great. Service was not great, took a long time to get orders and we had to go get our own refills but the food came out on time and hot. Crayfish etouffee was very good with just a touch of heat, the barbeque the same. I sampled the fried catfish the grandkids had and it was just right. Only real complaint was the wife's pulled pork salad as it was small and mostly just bag salad with a little meat.
