I have stayed in dozens of places since living in the UK and this was by far my favorite experience. The staff was super helpful and the food was perfect Scottish fare. I have been back many times since.

Room Tip: There are only 2 rooms, both are great.

Nice little B&B in a prime position with some lovely views. Ideal for a wedding attended at the orocco pier.
Only downside was the landlady's torn face..not an overly friendly welcome on arrival and breakfast wasn't allowed as we were 3 minutes late.
Rooms are nice and spacious and clean.

A lovely Bed and Breakfast in the most gorgeous unspoilt location.
On arrival I was greeted warmly and shown to a lovely room at the front of the building overlooking the High St. the room was above average size and immaculate.
There was ample places along the street to eat and most overlook the Forth Bridges. I was travelling alone on business and felt very comfortable and safe out and about in this area.
I will definitely return here when visiting Edinburgh so much easier to get a bus in than try to park in the city.
Traditional Scottish breakfast was served which I enjoyed.
Overall a great experience.
The only drawback was the parking at the time I arrived it was very busy, but however a little patience is all thats needed.

Room Tip: Room 5 overlooks the High St

Initially I was put off by the name, this was booked by my mum for me as she had and early arrival time in to Edinburgh airport.

What a stunning location, views from West Terrace of the Forth Brisge are brilliant. The B n B itself is very cute and all you need for an overnight stay. Only negatives are there is not much free parking and there was issues getting the shower screen in room three to close. Brekkie was lovely as were the staff.

Would definitely stay there again as the price is very reasonable.
