Our second trip to this hotel, very happy both times. We had adjoining rooms with our daughter's family, and rooms were among the best we've been in - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Fresh coffee & microwave available 24/7 near front desk, and a nice complement of breakfast choices (not cooked) every morning. We will be back.

Room Tip: Only downside was an A/C unit outside our room which seemed to run continuously. Didn't bother me, but my wife was disturbed by it.

We enjoyed our stay and this motel. We have been looking for a comfortable place to stay that is clean and enjoyable. I think we found it. Though we were a bit disappointed with the particular room we had (#121 - a handicap access room that was very dark due to poor lighting and the fact that the only window gave us a view to a hallway with vending machines). I looked at some of the other rooms and we definitely would go back and specifically request one of those other rooms. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are big enough and modern.

We do have several room types available for our guests and booking through a third party site unfortunately limits your input. Please be sure to book directly with us and not through a third party site and we will always make sure to get you the room type you prefer. Thank you for your review and we look forward to having you back with us.

Doubt that they could have been less friendly. Not rude but not friendly. Asked for a handicapped room because we really need one, told there was a tour bus coming that would probably need them. Guess we were not as important. No offer to help accommodate us later in the week while we were there. No coffee maker in the room, no microwave. Coffee not available until 8 in breakfast room or lobby. Lobby not open until 8. Special entrance to breakfast room with handicap chair was not marked and locked when we tried it. Serious problem with very loud partyers in the parking lot.Started at 1:30 not taken care of until 3.

I think you misunderstood our response to your handicapped room request. The tour groups specifically book those rooms and we are under contract to accommodate that request. We did not offer to move you as the back to back groups had those room for all but one night of your stay. You also chose and booked this room type directly from our web site, which does state that a coffee maker is not included. Our other room types however, do include one and that is also stated. Our operational hours are 8AM - 11PM and that is also well stated.I do apologize for the loud golf group that was staying. We did address that problem as best as we could.

The Ogunquit Resort Hotel holds a very special place in our hearts. It is not fancy. It is not on or over looking the water, but it is clean, welcoming, and fairly priced. Having this little spot has enabled our family to spend just two or three days at a time. No need to commit to seven days. Convenient to all Ogunquit beaches (walking distance to Footbridge Beach) and downtown. If you have a young or older family as we do (two teenagers) I would highly recommend this old faithful of a property. Continental breakfast is not great, but the coffee is hot and their are plenty of dining options nearby. We typically would buy our pastries in town the night before and eat together by the pool. Perfect!

Our family loves this hotel! You will, too. Any time of the year. Heading back up for Christmas By The Sea!

Very clean with many amenities. Nice pool and hot tub, close to the beach and activities. I will stay here again next year when I visit. The staff was very polite and helpful with any questions we had
