The staff was excellent,everyone was very nice and accommodating,our favorite part was the patio bar and grill ,food was excellent staff was amazing ,very well managed ,loved you could take chairs to the beach that was awesome,was able to watch the ice skaters practice for the show ,we missed because it was the following week but they were great

Room tip: Don’t forget your sun block

Originally I booked an oceanfront hotel room and was disappointed when I checked in to find out that my view was more of the outside bar area than it was of the ocean. However after talking to the front desk, they said after checkout the next morning that we could move to a higher floor with a better ocean view.

The next morning we did in fact end up getting moved, and to one of the condos at that, but it was because of finding a bug in my room that freaked me out because I didn’t know what it was. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though and got us out of that room immediately and moved at no cost for the upgraded room.

The condo room was great with amazing views and the location to everything was perfect.

I don’t know if I would book the hotel part again for an extended stay due to comfort of the room size and lack of stove, small fridge, etc for the price we paid, but I would definitely stay in the condos again.

Excellent customer service, very clean and the rooms are spacious. There is so much to enjoy! The indoor ice rink, live music, multiple pools, and additional daily events! First timer here looking forward to a return trip.
We did miss all of the restaurants being open. With the Bistro Cart being the only option for breakfast and one person working, we ventured to a local restaurant.

This wasn't the first time we had stayed here we love this hotel, the room we stayed in was spacious it overlooked the outside bar area with spectacular views of the ocean. Front desk gentleman was very pleasant we had a speady check in and got the room requested when previously booked. There was an issue with the bath not draining which was fixed in no time. I found the in door restaurant a little pricy for what you got, I had the prime rib, the burgers are great. It appears masks are no longer required so if you're concerned about that be prepared, otherwise all went well. Will definitely be returning for another stay.

I’ve stayed at the sister properties before and never had any issues, but my husband and I wanted to stay here for our anniversary due to all of the amenities. We were happy to be able to check in early to our oceanfront room, which was a plus! The rooms were dated and our bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, but the view made up for it....until the music came. Be advised that if you have an oceanfront room, you have to contend with music blasting from the live band playing outside until 7pm. To get away from the noise, we headed out for an early dinner and returned to be greeted by a cockroach. Yes, a cockroach! And where there is one, there’s more! Mind you, we had no food or drinks in the room prior to heading to dinner. The front desk staff was accommodating and able to move us to another room (and take 10% off our stay), but it left us feeling uneasy for the rest of our trip. The new room was even more dated, tiles coming up, rusty outlets and the wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathroom. We could smell marijuana throughout our room and on the balcony. Kids were everywhere, hanging in the stairwell all hours of the night. This place was a zoo! We will never be coming back to Carousel.
