Lots of delicious looking pastries & I had a hard time deciding, but the strawberry tart I had was awesome! I also had lunch there - goat cheese & zucchini quiche with a salad - which was also very good. It's a nice little place with seating outside as well if you want to enjoy the weather.

I haven't tried the quiche or other meals but the fresh baked breads are great -- especially the baguettes. Also, the fruit tortes are good. The selection is a bit limited during the week because the Mill is nearly empty then but on weekends, they have plenty.

I found my place of peace to read a book and have a fresh cup of coffee.

The customer service is excellent, that is what keeps me going back.

A High 2: Hard to believe how good this was originally, if you visit it today (apparently under different ownership). Although the Salmon Quiche was pretty good (though not rich enough), the pastries were nowhere near the buttery, flaky, more modest-sized versions of yore.

We arrived just before closing and got a fruit shortcake (a $6, a bit expensive) and a chocolate croissant ($3.50, also pricey for the size). The staff was very warm and friendly and encouraged us to look at everything. Nice location inside refurbished historic shopping district.
