I had the opportunity to revisit this establishment for a 2 night stay. My last visit was approximately 10 years ago and was pleased to see that the Inn is still in great condition, with many refreshing updates (e.g., spa, new furniture). Arrival was met promptly by greeters who found my name on their guest list and directed me to the appropriate location of my lodging (main building). Front desk was attentive, friendly and welcoming. I was assigned the Presidential Suite which was nicely decorated and adorned with the expected and wonderful fixtures (sitting area, dining and 2 bedrooms). Access to the large balcony that faced the ocean was a nice feature that I enjoyed during the early mornings and early evenings. Master bedroom housed a bathroom with a walk-in shower, large closets and an incredibly comfortable bed. Lunch and breakfasts at the Sacred Cod were great - staff were attentive, friendly and the food was great. Assigned conference room for business meetings was bright, comfortable and efficiently managed by the attending staff. Special acknowledgement to all the staff throughout the Inn - at the front desk, and restaurant, the concierge, cleaning staff, and folks at the front door assigned to drive us to our venues in their Lexus SUVs. We felt incredibly welcome, were well taken care of - that made our stay unfettered and productive. Highly recommend for vacation or business visit.

I have stayed all over the cape and the islands. We were perfectly spoiled at the Inn. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Dinner was fabulous. The Jazz band perfect accompaniment to our dinner. Service at breakfast was a little slow but the food stole the show.

The room was speculator- fireplace for those chilly and damp March nights. The turndown service did more then just our beds- they straightened the entire room.

Now that I have been completely spoiled, as stated above- I cannot stay anywhere else.

Stayed last night in the White Cap cottage on the bluff. King suite. Absolutely perfect. The views never get old no matter how many times you stay. The room was spotless The staff was nothing short of amazing as always. Guest services manager Miladin rolled out the red carpet as usual when we arrived. Made sure everything was taken care of from check in to check out! The bell staff is always welcoming and accommodating and never forgets a familiar face. The sacred Cod tavern manager Sam O’Connor was kind enough to package up some ice on the go for our room equipped with a personalized note. Everything we asked for we got with a smile. Jim and Will were bar tending in the tavern and as always we enjoyed great drinks and great conversation from the bar staff. Our favorite staff of bartenders on the cape year around. Ian, Dana, Sam, Will, Jim, Victor, Patrick. No matter what the combination you’re in for a treat. Did in room dining for breakfast PERFECT with a view. This place never gets old and it never disappoints. Thank you

This is a wonderful hotel. Excellent rooms, very pleasant employees, super location and delicious food. However, almost everybody that I have spoken to, that have stayed there, had one glaring complaint. Instead of a coffee maker in the room, they have an Expresso machine. A Keuric coffee maker brews a great cup of coffee in 30 seconds. What are they thinking?

The King Spa Suite with jacuzzi and sauna is perfect. Offers complimentary glass bottled water for two morning and night, a private pool with mood lighting, and waterfall, and in-room spa services.

The onsite restaurants, and lounge are fabulous. They are well staffed and right on top of things. Your glasses never go below half full, before they are refilling. Personnel is well trained, polite, friendly, and professional. From day one you are greeted by name, and it it continues as if they know you.

Bell services, concierge, room service, room attendants, shuttle drivers, front desk attendants, reservations, especially management deserves a huge thank you. Job well done.
