There are a couple of Chinese restaurants in Great Barrington, Great Wall, Koi, and The East. And I have to admit, I end up at The East more often than not.
They do have a sushi bar, but I've never had it. (The town has Bizen, why go anywhere else?)
Great Wall is more of your, college budget, it's greasy, it's cheap, kind of place. Koi, is good, but I always find the service... well, as if you're bothering them to be there.
The East is just right. Very helpful staff, attention to detail, and always good food. Not too expensive either. Parking is easy, large parties are easy, and their takeout is always great.
So there. It's good, honest food when you're in the mood for Chinese. And a lot closer than getting on a 18hour flight to Beijing. Trust me, I know.
