This was a repeat visit and the lunch food is really good. Wraps, salads, burgers, soups. Healthy alternatives available as well as smoothies.

Had lunch here. Looking for something light and we were not disappointed. Very busy but they found us a table. Large salads, Demi Portion would have been enough. Run by a religious sect "12 tribes".

Came across this place when it was rainy outside and we needed a quick bite. Had good vegetarian options. The inside was unique.

We took coffee to go and a wonderful berry muffin. The seating made my husband think of Middle Earth, but really, it was charming and the people very friendly.

The restraunt itself is amazingly beautiful, and the food was great. They are associated with a group called the The Twelve Tribes which is basically a group of Christians who have cut themselves of from the "toxicity" of our modern culture. This group has been accused of being antisemitic, racist, and is listed as a cult in many countries. That being said they make pretty good Chai tea. Five stars for great food three for cultish vibes.

Management response:Responded 2 September 2016

Hi there Liam. We are so glad that you enjoyed your visit to the Common Ground, and that you enjoyed your Chai. As far as us being antisemitic and racist, all I can say is don't base your understanding of us, or any group of people, based solely on what your read on the internet. "Cult" has become a word in this information bloated age that means , "any religious group that I don't agree with". For that matter, Jesus himself was called a cult leader by the religious leaders of his own day before they had him crucified, so go figure.
Anyway, we are certainly not antisemitic or racist. We believe that people from all walks of life are God's highest, most wonderful creation, and are worthy of love and respect. We are open to discuss our beliefs with anyone who has question about us.
Again, glad you enjoyed your visit and please stop in anytime.
