What appears to be a fairly standard motel in a good location in Hyannis, close to the town centre deserves top marks as you get a lot for your money and the the guys on the front desk are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and very comfortable for the 3 nights we were there. Al and Terri were very informative on what to do and where to go both around town and the Cape. They really made you fell at home. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended

We chose the Seacoast inn based on the Tripadvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. The Managers were friendly, and brewing us a coffee when we checked in was typical of "that little bit extra" they provided. The rooms were great, as were the breakfasts. And when we checked out Al kindly offered to drive us to the bus station, again much appreciated. I agree with Linkphilly's review "Some managers at high dollar places could come to Al & Terry's to learn how to treat their guests."

I am so glad I read these reviews before we went out to Cape Cod for the first time. It was the end of the season at Cape Cod, but Al and Terry were wonderful in helping with activities planning there. They helped us planned a whale watching trip (at the best price). They pointed out interesting areas to explore. We were able to see quite a lot of Cape Cod in 3 days.
The location of this inn is excellent...close to Main Street and Hyannis port. The room was clean with a kitchenette. Since it was end of the season, the price was unbeatable especially with the type of hospitality and service at this inn.
I am glad we did not stay at a fancy resort and decided to stay here at the last minute. We hope to be back!

A friend and I had a wonderful stay here last week. Rooms were clean and having a kitchenette was an extra added touch. Terri and Al were just awesome - helpful, always ready with suggestions, maps and menus- and willing to supply any extras - pillows, towels etc. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the hospitality. Would definitely stay anytime and would gladly recommend to anyone. (Only thing I didn't like was the bright lights at night from the building next door but that was not under the control of the hotel. - they do have curtains to lessen the effect.)

Al and Terry are the supreme experts at hospitality I have stayed at high dollar places in the past and believe me they could all come to al and terrys place to learn how to treat their guests. I think they should be drafted to run the country wonderful place wonderful people

Room Tip: They all seem to be good rooms but we always ask for top floor so no one is above us to disturb our rest time
