A small restaurant with warm helpful staff. Fine array of fairly priced dishes, from mild to spicy. Some fish and seafood soups are really main dishes- terrific! Also wonderful Peruvian drinks on menu. Ask for a description! Pitchers of drinks are a real bargain!

There were a lot choices on the menu. We had a large group of 10 people and all the dishes came out looking great and tasting great. We were here to celebrate reunion with friends and I glad we chose this place. Portions were good and the price was reasonable. Service was excellent.

Whenever we go to Lee, Massachusetts, we try to lunch or dine at this wonderful Peruvian restaurant, Alpamayo. There is a great choice of excellent food, including both seafood and red meat, ceviche, rellenas, sopa de pescado, paella, camarones, and Peruvian fruit ice cream. See the gallery on their website for all the visually luscious dishes. You are going to enjoy this one!

Over the years we have eaten Peruvian food at the Alpamayo Restaurant. It has always been very good. It feels authentic withPeruvian music in the background and soccer games on the TV.The recent review by WhiteSmudge echoes our thoughts. We started off with a Peruvian drink, Chicha Morada, made from purple corn. Really good. It was served with a snack of toasted corn, also yummy. I had the sudado de salmon dish with fish covered with green and red peppers, onions, celery, and yucca. It was in a broth, made yellow by Peruvian spices. Quite tasty. The portion was large enough for me to take some home for lunch the next day. My husband had Cau Cau de Marisco - a mixed seafood dish of mussels, clams in a stew of yellow spicy peppers, peas, carrots, potatoes, mint and spices. He enjoyed it as well. We were too full for dessert this time but remembered that the flan we had last time was excellent. Neither of us were adventurous
enough to try the Peruvian dish of cuy (guinea pig) which was on the menu.

Even though we have been coming to Lee every summer for our vacation, it was our first time to dine at Alpamayo Restaurant a few weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and wonderful service. We tried Chicha Morada, a beautiful and delicious drink made from purple corn. For our food, my husband ordered Sudado de Salmon which was well cooked and beautifully presented. I ordered a bowl of Peruvian seafood soup called Parihuela. All seafood pieces in the soup were fresh and plump, the broth was rich and flavorful yet refreshing. The side of sweet plantains were cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back next summer!
