Spent one night here. Kathie was lovely - checked in advance to make sure I didn't have any food allergies or aversions. The bed was very comfy - super soft sheets. The place is immaculate... I don't think I saw a speck of dust anywhere. It's not luxury, but it's nice and homey. And I had sheep outside my room just off the balcony... how many places can offer that?

Room Tip: There are only two rooms - the one that faces the sunrise and the one that faces sunset. (Sunset is...

This was our second stay here and we could not have had a better experience on both occasions. Cathy made us feel right at home and was happy to show us her new addition of sheep since the last time that we visited. The cabin had rustic charms with a fireplace in the large living/dining area but with many of the latest modern features. Very clean and no musty smell that some places may have. Very comfortable rooms with nice outdoor views. This will be our go to getaway destination for years to come.

We stayed here one night whilst driving down the Mohawk Trail on the way to New York state. Kathie was really friendly and accommodating and asked us what time we expected to arrive and if we had any allergies for breakfast. The log cabin has two guest bedrooms with a shared living/kitchen area where you can make yourself hot drinks and sit by the fire. Our room had its own porch which would be nice to use in the summer. For breakfast Kathie made us some pumpkin & walnut pancakes and sausages which was yummy. In the morning we drove 5 mins across into Vermont where we spent some time taking in the scenery. I would definitely recommend it and would loved to have arrived earlier/stayed longer to make to most of it!

We literally just left the inn after 2 utterly relaxing nights. The property is owned and run by Kathy who very well may be one of the most gracious persons we've ever had the pleasure to meet. The inn is impeccably clean offering modern conveniences but keeps the rustic charm expected of a country log cabin. Breakfast was phenomenal and we slept better than we have in a long time. We even loved the sheep! We will return anytime we visit the area.

Hard to find worth the looking. If your using gps use 250 Keets Brook Road for the address. Wonderful log cabin with all the privacy and peace you could want. They even have some really cute sheep in the yard. The cabin is so beautiful inside and out. Kathy does a wonderful job of making us feel at home and she is and excellent cook and baker. Very clean with all the amenities, cable, wifi.private bath and individual room heat and A/C. Candle factory nearby and other things to see and do. We went to play golf at Crumpand Fox. Tough but gorgeous course.

Room Tip: Only 2 rooms to chose so you can't go wrong.
