As part of our all-inclusive package, this restaurant was designated for our meals as it was the closest dining venue to our villa. Breakfast was served from 7:30-10pm, Lunch from 12:30-2pm and Dinner from 7:30-9pm.
Our assigned waiter Mr. Masaaod was very kind and friendly; he also had a distinct Jeeves the English butler's "Yes".
There was always a different spread at the buffet with continental and Indo / Maldivian options as well as themed nights such as a Mexican night, Seafood night and Maldivian cultural night.
You could start from a warm, delicious soup, then move to salads with fresh lettuce, spinach, chopped carrots, cabbage and or pick the chef's salad on display.
Warm meals were divided into veg and non-veg. Plenty of warm meats were served and occasionally, fish too.
The live cooking station had some superb selections too such as grilled pork cutlets, seared tuna and or lamb chops.
Finally, a grand display of desserts were always available, even at breakfast!
The only miss is that I didnt see shrimp dishes during our stay.
A big shout to Chef Ripon and Chef Suraj at the live cooking stations and Chef Ulpa!
There is always a kind smile on every staff member's face.
