We all enjoyed brunch at Sky. A nice selection - diverse breakfast and lunch selection, lots of gluten free options. The carved sirloin and artichoke salad were my fav. Omelette, eggs, pancakes and waffles made to order and brought to your table. Great dessert selections and chocolate fountain. The decor is lovely, service was excellent. Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa added to experience. Will be back.

Lots of cars out front but lots of tables in the dining room and lounge. Nice contemporary decor with water feature in the back of the room. The service was great and the clam chowder app was very tasty. Swordfish with lobster risotto was terrific. Sirloin steak medium was perfect. Swapped tater tot side for lobster risotto. Great choice. Right on Rt 1 easy to find. A little pricey, but was perfect for us.

We dined early, 5:00 on a Saturday evening. Service was off to a slow start but ended up fine. Only a few tables were occupied so the noise lev l was low. Food was its usual high quality with large portions and varied menu to satisfy multiple tastes.

I ordered the Fig and Goat Cheese Salad with lots of berries (maybe too many berries and not enough figs but still fresh and delicious) and added 3 shrimp. The shrimp were large, grilled, and perfectly cooked. Sometimes grilled shrimp can be dry. These were succulent.

The 3-generational ladies shared the Wedge Salad: Baby iceberg lettuce, bacon tuile, carrot ribbon, heirloom tomatoes, smoked bleu cheese dressing. The carrot ribbon was a pain to cut, as was the bacon only in that it was kind of unexpected to be in slice form—and not crunchy. The salad was tasty but more for the grown ups and less for the 12-year-old.

Dad, daughter, and son ate cheeseburgers, mom had the Sky Burger. All cooked properly. The fries are skinny and though not exactly crispy, they are eminently devourable. Husband ate the Chicken Parmesan on rigatoni. It was a huge portion; I thought there’d be plenty rigatoni leftover for my daughter’s lunch the next day. Nothing.

Carrot side consisted of orange and yellow carrots halved the long way, very good but a little bitter for younger palates.

We shared a Boston Cream Pie (which if you’re not from Boston, you know is not a pie) and a Chocolate Raspberry Torte, which was dense and delicious. We had asked for ice cream on the torte knowing the density factor we were likely to encounter. Both were large enough for a few to share.

Lots of free parking.
Large bar area.
Function facilities.

With the passing of my mother my siblings and I wanted a beautiful place to celebrate her life with between 100-150 family and friends. After searching in Newton, Needham, Westwood and surrounding communities we chose Sky. It was a great decision.

From the moment we called they handled everything perfectly. Total pros. A beautiful function room with the ability to expand space of needed. Excellent menu choices arranged for this type of event. They made it so simple during a difficult time.

The event came off without a hitch. The food was terrific and the staff professional. It was a beautiful way for us all to remember the life of a wonderful person.

Our family had our Thanksgiving Dinner here. The buffet was extensive with high quality and great selection. We had a two hour window and were not rushed. The service was very good even though it was buffet style. We throughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It is a bit pricey but for a special occasion it was spot on. We will definitely be back.
