THis historic year round health food store is right on mainstreet in what looks like a very old Victorian style converted house with a front porch. It looks alot like a general store of old but for natural
organic foods and supliments. Inside is devided into four rooms two main and two smal lside areas. The front has supliments vitamines etc the back has the organic food some of which is locally produced including the homemade healthy soup of which is excellent. The staff which in summer is large, is always helpul and will order products for you if they don't have it stock. The Front porch is used alot for people watching, sitting, reading the litirature forn in and around the store as well as eating lunch which can be bought inside the store. The one downside is that the food ca be on the expensive side some of the ites can be found in the two large superarkets on either side of town. If you are in need of a few items only such as organic cereal, apple cder vinigar of a container of almond, soy or rice bevedges they will cost less those store so you probsbly woud want to shop there. FOr everythings healty,Its worth it to Orleans Whole Foods. Its a nice addition to this historic village center.
