What more to say than I had a wonderful time staying at the Brass Key. Located a minutes walk from Commercial Street, but just far enough away to be calm and peaceful. Incredibly welcoming staff and a charming hotel in its design and layout. You come here because of the wonderful atmosphere that the owners and the team have built, it's a special place... as is Provincetown for that matter. For that and many other reasons I will be returning again next year.

Room Tip: Quieter rooms are those that don't face on to the pool area

Lovely and charming high-end guest house. Great location and fabulous customer service!!! We are a female, same sex couple and although most of the guests were male, we felt so very welcomed and even made some new friends!

Once again another great stay at the Brass Key. This place is always consistent in its service and amenities. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The happy hour is a nice feature as well as the cookies and tea offered during the day. The grounds are beautiful. They have onsite parking which is hard to find in PTown. The location is ideal. Close to commercial street but far away to be quiet a night. They have a nice bar onsite too. Most guests are middle aged gay couples who are friendly. There were a few lesbian and straight couples too. You pay a premium to stay at the Brass Key but you get your money's worth !!! You won't be disappointed.

We had a comfortable stay at the Brass Key Guesthouse. They cater towards LGBT travelers however they are all inclusive since we did see several heterosexual couples staying with them during our visit.

We arrived Friday afternoon after driving 5 hours from Maine and my first impression of the guesthouse was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Upon check-in, we were personally escorted to our room and were told about the complimentary breakfast as well as the wine and cheese happy hour meet-and-greet in the afternoon. Our room was located next to the Shipwreck, a small bar and lounge within the guesthouse. I was concerned about the noise however, I was pleasantly surprised that the noise from the bar never carried into our room. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large tub and shower. Kiehl's products are provided, a luxury most hotels will not splurge on. The property is spacious and designed for relaxation, socializing, and fun. The pool is heated and there is also a spacious hot tub. In the evening, the Shipwreck bar welcomes guests and people that are not staying with them. The property is well maintained, clean, quaint and has plenty of space to relax, read, drink, and socialize.

The staff is what makes the Brass Key Guesthouse so special. They interact with the guests and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Provincetown is a very special place and the Brass Key Guesthouse makes the experience magical.

We just returned from our annual stay at the Brass Key. It is always relaxing and throughly enjoyable. All the staff are wonderful and will do anything to make you feel happy and welcome. New addition of the microwave and cold water in the kitchen were great. Also enjoyed new hot items in the breakfast buffet! Super clean and well maintained. We'll be back next year!
