We just returned from a 3-night stay here in September with friends. I booked it based on reviews here, and I was not disappointed. From the moment you arrive, you are pampered; bags are taken up to your room, you're welcomed warmly, and you begin a lovely stay. The grounds are gorgeous, beautifully landscaped; the vibe is very small town inn. Rooms are definitely spacious enough and decorated very charmingly; the tub is huge. There is free breakfast every morning - cooked, too, not just continental - and wine and cheese around the courtyard every evening. We only ate at the restaurant once, for dessert, but again, the vibe is so cozy and warm, even if you just stop in for a glass of wine. Everything was clean, every need was met. The location was perfect; just a block away from Commercial street, but still very quiet. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Many floors have a steep climb to them, on older wooden steps. So if you have any mobility problems...

This was a last minute trip and this hotel and staff made it happen.
Close to town and quiet. Real Cape Cod ambiance. Fireplaces. Happy hour everyday.
AND breakfast. Small pool and beautiful spa connected. Put it on your list!

I went to this place on the first carnival week in the town for me. the place is very rustic and traditional but extremely well kept. the beautiful patio is always inviting and everything is kept in top shape. the pool is not for swimming laps but more for lounging during the daily cocktail hour. which offers good pbrand wines and good brand beers. plus a beautiful display of cheeses pastries and other appetizers. this is such a great time for having a couple of drinks before formal dinner or night out.

on wedneday of that week they did an all American barbecue with hot dogs and hamburgers. but the burghers and hot dogs were the same quality you find on the restaurant. not greasy but pure nice lean beef burgers and the potato salad and coleslaw were just restaurant quality. these people do not serve canned stuff. everything is fresh and delicious

this takes me to the breakfast every morning. they do to order eggs in many forms. pastries freshly baked and all kinds of beverages including orange juice and the always present cucumber water. the cucumber water and coffee are available all day all over the pool areas. this is a breakfast that can cost you 16 or 17 dollars everywhere in commercial street but here is included totally

we stayed in one of the first tier rooms which are small but still big enough to have a king size bed and nice furnishings. the carpets floors and walls were completely clean even the ceiling fan was cleaner than the one in my house LOL. we rolled the shades a couple of times during the day to allow light in and the shades had no dust or dirt on them. the room was impeccable with the nice clean linens and duvets.

the bathroom was fully stocked with Khiels products including shampoo body wash lotions and the exfoliating soap in the shower. what an awesome treat. the towels were soft and totally white and super absorbent. unlike any other towels I have used in other hotels. and of course there were pool towels fresh every day.

the hotel has two features that are also available to non guests. the restaurant which is a gem in Provincetown. it is high caliber quality. and the Feng Shui spa. oh god the spa. I had a massage on Wednesday and immediately booked a second one for that Friday. and the cleanest and best smelling steam room and sauna I have ever seen. a total feeling of ZEN and peace in the spa. and not crowded at all.

nice mix of guests especially for carnival included people from USA and Europe. everyone was friendly and everyone was helpful. I felt better treated than some other resorts I have been to abroad. it is incredible.

I booked for next year already because this place needs booking well in advance because it is so idillic. most of the guests are repeat guests for over ten years!! they know the secret and now I do too.

and because the restaiurant is attached to the property, it has a great bar. the drinks are not inexpensive but the liquors they use are top of the shelf not cheap stuff. and everyign can be added to the room avoiding awkward money exchanges. at the end everything gets settled and it is easy and effortless.

basic tv is available and the WIFI with plenty of access points is fast and uninterrupted. and of course included with the stay. no extra charges. basically you pay extra if you want massages, dinner or cocktails. averaging else is included including the sauna steam room cocktails in the afternoon and the room high quality kielhs products. if you go to commercial street to the kiehls store you will see the prices of these products. these people really care about your skin and well being.

you can be in commercial street and enjoy it in only 5 minute walk. and if you come from the ferry it is only ten minutes. super location all around. and the Provincetown monument is always present on all the views from the different areas. a real privileged location.

I really felt like I was a guest at someones big house not really a couple staying in a hotel somewhere. the atmosphere is very home like. it is just pleasing to the eyes. I am looking forward for next year. enjoy the pictures I am posting.

Room Tip: avoid the rooms facing the road because everybody having dinner can see you coming in and out.

We just stayed for my husbands birthday with two other couples. We stayed in a king bed room and the room was extremely clean and tastefully updated. We had never stayed here and was not sure what to expect but ended up loving this Inn and will absolutely come back to stay. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The unexpected happy hour of free wine and cheese by the pool in the afternoon was such a great surprise. Breakfast was included in our stay and was one of the best we have had in a very long time. We were blown away at all that was offered at the breakfast. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great! We are already making plans to come back to stay here! Thank you for making a rare night away from our kids so memorable. :)

We were lucky to obtain a reservation in mid August during carnival week. We took advantage of the early-bird two-for-one entrees, and indulged with the 2 pound lobsters which were nicely prepared. Our son had the steak frite. The lobster came with drawn butter and one tiny bit of corn. It was a shame the corn couldn't have been a bigger ear or more generously appointed, so we ordered a side of pommes frite and skipped desert in favor of ice cream cones down the street.
