A large group of us (13) came to stay for a weekend ski trip to Butternut. The location was excellent and there was lots of parking available. The kitchen was fully stocked which was nice because we did a bit of cooking and we had everything we needed. This was a very comfortable house to relax in, very charming and cute! And Elaine made everything simple from check-in to check-out. Overall, our stay was cozy, warm, perfectly pleasant.

We had a large group staying at the house with kids and had a great experience. Elaine is very thoughtful, helpful and attentive. She obviously cares about the house and makes sure it is comfortable and clean. The house has lots of beds, blankets etc. and some room for air mattresses if necessary. The living areas and kitchen are fully-stocked and comfortable to hang out in. The bathrooms are spacious. The house is old but everything works and is inviting. All in all we had a great time!

Elaine was a pleasure to communicate with and made us feel right at home. The home is just how it looks in the pictures. If you're searching for a comfortable, clean, and cozy home to spend a weekend in the Berkshires, look no further!
