Husband and I wanted to get away from the kids for a night and it was a great get away. I do wish however the hotub and pool area did have an adults only time at night because the pool and hot tub are often taken over by kids.
Just Awful! Brought our kids here to extend our Christmas Holiday and enjoy the pool. Problems began at check-in.
I reserved 2 rooms and was informed that they would be putting a $200 hold on my credit card ( which I was not prepared for, as most hotels only do $30-40 per room)
Our room was filthy. Candy wrappers behind the chairs, ring around the toilet etc..
And then the pool! Gross. Wads of hair, garbage, beer cans everywhere. Chemicals were so off, that it bleached out my daughter's bathing suit and ruined one of my rings.
Hello we want to thank you for staying with us. We are sorry you had issues while being here. The holds on the credit cards are common when a guest is paying with cash. We do a $100 hold on each room that is booked that pays with cash, and refund it upon checkout.
