We had a surprise bday party planned. Kristen from Buca di Beppo was very kind and gave us a room that fit our needs (even though everyone was ordering off the menu). We were able to come in early to decorate. We were there a total of 4 hours. Our waitress was very attentive to everyone. The appetizers we ordered ahead of time came out when we asked. Even the surprise aspect of the party was carried out by the hostess and other waitstaff to be sure everyone was in place before the guest of honor walked in. Really great experience.

We had an excellent waiter and the food was awesome. Our waiter went above and beyond to make my day special with a candelabra with candles and birthday cake.

We always enjoy our food when we visit this restaurant. We were confused on our last visit as to why there were so many seating options and we were seated with our kids and nieces and nephews right by a group having a baby shower. I am sure we were disruptive to them and when we asked to move, we were never given the chance. The food was good and service average. Fun atmosphere.

My family had never been there and liked the kitchen/restaurant tour. Sat us in the bar area when the entire restaurant was empty and it smelled like a bar....yuck. Place looked dirty. The bartender was our waitress and she was exceptional!

Haven't been in a few years and used to LOVE their square pizza.
1 - fine print on the menu - so hard to read in the dim light when there are 2 pages on the menu that could have been used for text. I can't imagine oldsters being able to read it.
2 - $29 for the shrimp pasta! Tasteless. It was pasta and a handful of shrimp. No sauce.
3 - waitress left a bit of olive oil on a tiny dish. Would be nice if they left a bottle.
4 - bread was the best part of the whole meal
5 - eggplant parm - just like the chicken parm we ordered, lots of tomato sauce kinda smooshed together, very little if any mozzarella melted on top. Both BLAND. If you're paying like $22 for three breasts and tomato sauce it better taste like something.
6 - bruschetta - lots of toasted bread. lots of tomatoes - where's the mozzarella? The ratio of mozz to tomatoes was like 20:1 by weight.

Server was good but that meal shoulda been half the price.

They used to play the old cheesy Italian music. Nope. Motown. I don't get it.
