They were priced way below other places. Our second time here. Is an older motel that has been updated, not fancy, but super clean and very comfortable beds. On the water. If you don't want to pay many more dollars just to sleep, this is the place.

We couldn't have been happier. The place is immaculate. It was rainy so we didn't have an opportunity to try out the beach but it was a lovely view of the water. And they were pet friendly. We had asked for a downstairs room and since that wasn't available, they surprised us with a $20.00 discount as an apology.

This is not a big corporate hotel. We enjoy the local feel and talking with the owners. The room was small, but very clean. The beach is great and there are swings for the kids . We used the fire pit to drink wine and talk with other travelers,

This is a great place to stay when in Mackinaw City. Located on the lake and very close to downtown. It was chilly when we were there so we couldn't use the beach, but it looked nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Room included a small fridge and microwave. The rooms are very quiet and never heard a peep from the neighboring rooms. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

An inexpensive motel right on the outskirts of town. The rooms were clean but nothing spectacular - but we loved the access to the water. We sat on the beach chairs for a few hours in the evening enjoying the view of the city lights off to the left, and the night sky above. Sunrise experience over the calm waters of Lake Huron in the morning is something I will long remember.
