This “resort” is substandard and it is very difficult to understand how our reserved unit, #6, would be legal for public accommodation offering. My wife and I now understand why there is a three night minimum. Any seasoned traveler would not consider staying more than one night. We took one look at #6 and immediately left the resort and accepted that our hefty deposit was nor refundable.
My intentions are to file a consumer protection complaint with Michigan Attorney General and an additional inquiry with the Oscoda area BBB.
