Great little piece of property, clean, everything you need is on site, and great little private beach. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the double bed in the garden cottage has possibly the worst mattress ever. There is a huge divot in the middle of it, and we kept rolling into it as we slept. Perhaps bringing a mattress topper would help (or they should really just replace it). Otherwise, everything is really nice and very affordable, and just as pictured. We went without our kids but the bedroom with the bunk beds is perfect, and the place would have been plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, silverware. Beach toys already there too. We love that they allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice tree outside where we could attach her tie-off. Can't beat the view here!
