I stayed here for one night. I phoned to place the reservation and promptly got an email confirmation. We were greeted when we arrived about 6:30 pm and given a key to our room. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were two remotes for the tv- one for volume and one to switch channels.. There were other people staying but we might as well been alone, it was very quiet. The two problems I had with the motel was: 1) The bathroom shower was not tall enough. At 5’10”, I had the stoop down to wet my face and hair. 2) There wasn’t room darkening shades in the room. The front window had a light that cast a strong glow all night long. The bathroom window, although facing the back of the property did not offer full coverage of the window.
I like privacy- and I don’t think it’s asking a lot.

Awesome motel. All new furniture and furnishings. Close to town and beach. The owners were very hospitable. Would definitely stay there again next time we’re in town. Would also recommend this motel to others!

New owners are a very pleasant family and warmly greeted us. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, exceptionally clean, spacious and well decorated. The theme in our room was pine cones, and attention to detail was found throughout. The beds were so comfortable. The little items like nice smelling soap, shampoo, napkins, clean refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee are things you don't find at typical motels. I felt like I was staying at a nice bed and breakfast, or in someone's home as a guest more than a traveler at a motel. We will stay here again for sure.
