It's not the Ritz but for the price the room is very clean and within walking distance to my stores and restaurants. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. Really like the ice cream and BBQ joint right behind the motel.

You get what you pay for. We stayed at the peak of tourist season. We got good rates, the hotel was clean, managers friendly, but there is NO fluff. There was a mini fridge, microwave, TV and wi-if. You could hear through the walls.
The first room had a mildew smell, but upon notifying management, they gave us another room and said they are replacing carpets in all rooms. If we needed to save money, we would stay here again.

Great little Mom and Pop Motel for an inexpensive price. Basic with no frills, but clean and comfortable. Did include a window a/c, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with real coffee cups and saucers. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking is right outside of your room. Nice restaurant bar across the street to walk to which was convenient. Definitely planning on staying here again on our next trip up!

We stayed here for only a night and it was fine. Everything is pretty old and needs an update but the room was large and clean and provided everything needed for our quick stop. It's also very close to the sandy beach in case you go in summer.
Internet is free and fast enough that we could watch a movie on netflix so super happy about that. Welcome was also very nice.

Stayed for the weekend, and our room was dirty and definitely needs updating! The couple that owns the property were not around and we had to go to the office to collect our towels. The bathroom shower was old and in need of repair, the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The coffee cups were dirty as well as the coffee pot. The grounds were not well kept, and weeds and debris all over the parking area.

We just needed a place to sleep for three nights while visiting relatives. This worked out well and was reasonably priced. Strange smell when we got there which we vanquished with Fe Breeze and had to ask for extra towels and TP but otherwise good location and hosts were very nice.
