We stayed at the Apple Tree inn and the hotel staff recommended this place. We had a little wait to get in as it was a holiday weekend, but once inside the service was impeccable. Our waitress was perfect and the food was amazing. I had the filet and it was perfectly cooked. The biscuits are wonderful and kind of what they're known for. Drinks were mixed well and had plenty of alcohol in them. The decor was beautiful with wood detailing and tin ceilings. Classic older style building that's been restored. The place is open from front to back so noise levels are higher than places that have more closed off area's, but it wasn't overpowering. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Couldn't have had a much better recommendation for a dinner out in a new town.
