We had a fantastic experience at KKB&B! The owners are very kind and extremely accommodating! They really have thought of everything! it was clean and quiet for being on the main road. There is a gas fire pit in the back garden that was nice to sit around in the evening. After a long day of travel and wine tasting, it was great to be able to walk to dinner. Breakfast was delicious and much care was taken in preparing it.

Room Tip: We stayed in the England Room upstairs overlooking the back garden. It was comfortable and quiet with it's own bathroom.

We loved Suttons Bay, a great little town to visit while passing through the peninsula. We stayed one night upstairs in the king bedded Paris room. It is in the front of the house, so there is some noise from the street. Lovely decoration, comfy bed and pillows, immaculate room and bathroom. It was a very hot week and the unit a/c did what it could, but even with the fan on, we were warm at night. Breakfast in the garden was very nice, and we had great conversation with the other guests. We did not have much conversation with the owners. The home is lovely and well cared for. Street parking is easy right at the home. The location can't be beat for walking to stores, restaurants and the beach. Note that the building is for sale, don't know how that will affect things in the future.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the 'porch' room for two nights in late June. Jim and Linda were friendly and helpful hosts providing a unique/comfortable room, terrific breakfast , coffee(s), along w/the special lemon chocolate chip cookies! Jim also shared his local knowledge and provided us a route for our biking up to Northport, really a great ride! Plan to return someday......

Thank you for staying at the Korner Kottage. We are glad you enjoyed bicycling in
Leelanau County. It is truly a mecca for cyclists. There are many more roads to enjoy, so please visit us again.

We chose this B&B because it was in a great location and it exceeded all our expectations for hospitality. They anticipated virtually every traveller's need in stocking the rooms. They were very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were to our dietary restrictions. A great place to just relax with your significant other and feel like all your needs are met.

What a great experience we had with the Korner Kottage, Jim & Linda are great hosts and provide over the top service. We spent the weekend there recently celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary, upon arrival there was a note congratulating us and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, very nice touch. The Kottage has every amenity one could think of and the location in Suttons Bay could not be any better, we brought our bikes and took in several wineries in the area.

Breakfast both days was very tasty and the coffee delicious. The beds were outstanding, probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept on away from home. I could go on and on but I definitely recommend trying it our for yourself, we are already planning on a return visit.

Room Tip: The Paris room is near the street and might bother you if you are a very light sleeper, it did not bother us,
