We spent three nights at the England room. We loved everything about our stay. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean. The room was amazingly decorated as was the rest of the cottage. As it was our 20th anniversary trip, it was very thoughtful of Jim and Linda to leave a bottle of L. Mawby sparkling wine in our room prior to our arrival. The breakfasts were very tasty. We enjoyed our conversations with the owners and the other guests. The location was also quite convenient for the daily trips that we planned. A great experience overall!

Korner Kottage was a wonderful place to stay, relax for a few days. The proprietors, Linda and Jim are excellent hosts. They anticipate your needs! Our room was very comfortable and the daily breakfast were elegant yet down to earth. The guests all feel the vibe and we met some lovely people. It was the best B&B we have stayed in and we have stayed in several. The ears offered a lot to do, particularly enjoyed the wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan, Northport and Fishtown. Had thought we would venture into Traverse City but found pleasure in the immediate area of Suttons Bay-maybe next time.

We stayed in the Paris room. Most excellent bed very comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. Chilled bottled water in the room nice touch.
Jim and linda were amazing hosts. The breakfast's were delicious and very effort was made to accommodate dietary requests. The outdoor garden was so special.
We also enjoyed the other guests each morning for breakfast great fun and conversation.
Truly a memorable experience.

Room Tip: Paris room was great.

We had a fantastic experience at KKB&B! The owners are very kind and extremely accommodating! They really have thought of everything! it was clean and quiet for being on the main road. There is a gas fire pit in the back garden that was nice to sit around in the evening. After a long day of travel and wine tasting, it was great to be able to walk to dinner. Breakfast was delicious and much care was taken in preparing it.

Room Tip: We stayed in the England Room upstairs overlooking the back garden. It was comfortable and quiet with it's own bathroom.

We loved Suttons Bay, a great little town to visit while passing through the peninsula. We stayed one night upstairs in the king bedded Paris room. It is in the front of the house, so there is some noise from the street. Lovely decoration, comfy bed and pillows, immaculate room and bathroom. It was a very hot week and the unit a/c did what it could, but even with the fan on, we were warm at night. Breakfast in the garden was very nice, and we had great conversation with the other guests. We did not have much conversation with the owners. The home is lovely and well cared for. Street parking is easy right at the home. The location can't be beat for walking to stores, restaurants and the beach. Note that the building is for sale, don't know how that will affect things in the future.
