I just had the pork belly and burnt ends! I have to say, it was totally delicious! This is unlike anything else in the area. This is not pre-made or left over from yesterday reheated BBQ, its fresh off the smoker. I fancy myself an excellent judge of BBQ, and Chris and the Victory Smokehouse crew do it right!
They have a great setup outside the Victory Inn Bar and Grill. Its a converted shipping container with the BBQ trailer attached to it. A really a cool setup, looks like something you would see in Texas. Get there early for lunch because tables will fill up!
