Beds super, super comfortable! Quiet, able to get a good nights sleep.
Front desk lady very nice and check in was a breeze---always a plus after driving all day.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. And convenient. Right off the highway and plenty of places to choose from to eat.
We only stayed for one night. The hotel is sort of run down and dated but the room was clean. Check in and out process was easy. We didn't have the breakfast. If you are looking for somewhere clean that's reasonably priced this place it that.
Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It’s an older building but end of the day has exactly what you needed.
Was here with the kids for their sporting event. Pool is warm, rooms are a fair size.
There is not an elevator so if you have mobility concerns ask for ground floor.
There is self serve laundry onsite and a couple restaurants within walking distance as is the outlet mall.
Hotel is priced right!
Check the hot tub before using it. Found pubic hairs inside the hot tub along with blood near the faucet. Would definitely check that before using it. Other than that everything was fine. Although a fridge/freezer that would shut properly would have been nice or a tv to have the Super Bowl on. As that was the whole reason for the stay.
Very clean. Nice king size bed. Pool was lovely as well as the hot tub. Breakfast could have had some eggs and meat for protein. Price was reasonable. Staff were very pleasant especially when they found out we were Canadian. I’m sure they would get a lot more business if half the stores were open at west branch
