Excellent small college division 1 facility--good acoustics for concerts. Lodging and food nearby. Concessions can be overwhelmed with large crowds. Adequate parking, can get a bit congested after events. Very attractive facility

Helpful to have covered hallway access to the Country Inn & Suites. Not enough beer or alcohol carts/stations set up as the lines were long to wait and we missed the opening of the second act. They need to put bar backs in place to either make the drinks or just ring folks up on the registers; not have the same person do both jobs.
Good comfy seats in the arena, all with their own cup holders.
Nice, helpful staff working.
Only one ATM in the facility. Need at least two.

We saw Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion show here. The acoustics are fine, but they really need to have people directing traffic when shows are over or they need a a stop light installed where Lake Shore Drive enters Paul Bunyan Drive. Traffic was backed up for a long, long time as people tried to leave after the show.
