A nice different thing to see. Not many places in the country you can see so many nice old trains

I went here for my son. He was a train lover as a child and we returned there twice in his childhood. The true experience is being able to get up clsoe and take actual rides as they have many retired engineers working at the museum. Lots of history about trains in the region and their uses. A must see if you are interested in this mode of transportation

It is really a great and amazing piece of natural beauty. Along its birder everything is green like an art.

My son loved it at age 5 and again at age 10. Climbing on the trains. Some of the exhibits weren't operating when we were there, but knowing it's staffed mostly by volunteers we can understand and prefer it to the time when it was fully staffed but insanely crowded.
