See the great views of Lake Superior and Duluth - all year round! The fall colors are beautiful, but anytime of year is gorgeous!

The views from Skyline Parkway are excellent as you over look the city of Duluth and Lake Superior! Seriously! Take time to drive this road and stop at the lookout points. My wife and I greatly appreciated the view, and we didn't have the best day due to weather either. It was well worth the time and the drive. When in Duluth... check this drive out!

I imagine this has beautiful views if it is clear. We visited on a very cold and foggy day.No views through the fog. Hopefully we can revisit while in the area on a nicer dy.

I drive a portion of the parkway everyday but I get to enjoy more of it when guests from out of town vist because I make a point of taking them on a driving tour of this spectacular, historic parkway.

I would consider the seven bridges separate for the hiker due to how much more mobility is available to the hiker. Seven bridges for the hiker is so much more than driving a road and once in a while getting out.. There is a whole set of trails that one can do along the seven bridges. The Hawk trail follows close to the road for quite a ways. In the car, there are places one can park and walk up to the creek and do the trails as well. You can get lost even though you are in the city. There are signs through the road and trails telling you what part of the trail you are entering. I spent four hours walking from Hawk point at the top to Lester Park doing both the road and the trail. I could have spent a lot more time, easily. If you are walking on the road be aware of the oncoming cars, the road can be narrow. The trees and the foliage are beautiful on the trails and the views of the lake are breath taking. There are signs that when wet do not use the trails. With all the rains, the falls were spectacular. The fall colors are showing their signs as well.
