I have stayed here and both the summer in the winter and both have been an excellent experience. In the summer, there's plenty to do close by outside, and in the winter, the skyway can take you all through downtown. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was excellent.

Perfect location in downtown Minneapolis and close to Target Field. Marriott City Center is our "go to" hotel when we plan a weekend of fun & leisure.

The amenities are A+ and they have a nice bar and restaurant located on the registration floor. Nice bar area with tables and sofa seating.

The registration/Lobby and bar are all located on the 5th Level. It seems a little strange but works well.

They do have bellmen service and valet right at street level.

Parking can be a little hike from the ramp but very manageable & accessible via skyway. Be sure to get your parking ticket validated at the registration desk & pay close attention where you arrived and parked. We saw a man who had been looking for what ramp he had used for over an hour (and he still hadn't found the location)! Saves a few $$ by getting your ticket validated. Valet is a little pricey ($40/day I think) but well worth it in the cold months or if you don't feel you can locate your care again in the ramp!

The rooms are great (there is some noise from the hallway; doors closing) but there is no noise from other adjoining rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of water pressure.

There are tons of great restaurants within easy walking distance.

This is a very large Marriott with full facilities located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis with a direct connection to the Minneapolis Skywalk system. It's and well managed and well maintained. For Gold a in the city.nd Platinum members, it has a M Club.

A great place for a business stay

Room Tip: Upper level rooms are quieter

This hotel is ideal for large business conferences. It's close to everything downtown and offers nice clean rooms and several dining options. Lounge area is pleasant too. It can be pricey depending on the time of year but worth it if you need to stay in the downtown area.

Room Tip: High floor overlooking the city.

This is a standard Marriott in a great location with a great lounge. The rooms are nice but clearly havent been fully remodeled in a decade or so, as is the case with most Marriott's. Overall, I would return, especially for the friendly lounge staff and nice food selection in the lounge.
