Overpriced and food is below average:( I don't know why they don't bring in a better Chef and more comfort foods!

Washington Square is great for a casual, comfortable, reasonably-priced night out with friends or family. I love their salads! Service has always been good, and their outdoor patio is awesome in the summer.
Designed by an architect in pleasant, modern style. Food very good, range of food: light, comfort food, very good desserts. Wide range of drinks at reasonable prices. Friendly young staff. Lot of local folk who enjoy casual dining at reasonable prices. A favorite of ours for several years. A bit crowded on weekends or special occasions, with relatively short wait times. Large fireplace roaring in worst part of winter. Well-stocked bar. Food excellent, overall; menu fairly wide. Setting is a pleasant, small town atmosphere; street parking is adequate; no parking lot. Sometimes conversation gets a little difficult because it's a small space indoors and it's crowded; outdoor dining in an outdoor dining area in warmer weather; umbrellas provide shade. Very popular with local folk.
You can't beat the atmosphere, inside or outside! Great food. We usually go there for breakfast. In the winter it is so comforting to go in and there is a real fire going in the fireplace and the summer patio is beautiful!
I have to agree with another post that when they are really busy, it can take a while and you might not get the attention that you need. But as a general rule, service is very good!
This is a small restaurant on a corner in the city of White Bear Lake. It is a great little place to stop during the day or night!
If you eat outside, you can bring your dog! They even give you a dish of water for your favorite pet!
The food is good and they give you healthy portions!
They have cocktails, beer and soda/pop! It's a great little spot to visit and watch the small town bustle of White Bear Lake! And you can walk to Cup n Cone for dessert!
