Stayed 4 nights, small but perfectly formed. Excellent location to visit fremantle, beaches, town and attractions. Absolute attention to detail, from eggs and bacon in the fridge to hair straighteners in the bathroom. Ŵeather became autumnal, - cold nights - but we were snug with efficient heating/ air con system.
Stayed here with our 2 children (5 and 2). It's a small place but immaculately clean and very well equiped. Park accross the road perfect for children especially as there's not much outdoor space in the accomodation. Owner went out of her way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. Location is quite bohemian so if you're looking for a city slick spot this is probably not for you.
Stayed for 10 days at this new cottage and loved it our granddaughter stayed as well, this is a no allergy place no carpet or curtains easy to keep clean. The layout is excellent for a small area, comfortable queen sized bedrooms a great kitchen where you can actually cook decor really good washing machine and dryer . Two very good outdoor areas that allow for both hot days and windy days very important in Fremantle, the rear area is undercover with comfortable furniture. This is a place you can actually "live in" so close to "Cat Bus" food shopping, restaurants and pubs, south beach lovely park opposite. If you are a light sleeper choose the rear bedroom has less light the bathroom is compact so love the people you share this with. The best bit about Familia Cottage like their Familia House next door is the host Michelle she is totally accommodating we have already booked another holiday. This is our home away from home in Melbourne,.
