Our cabin was #15. Clean, quiet cabins on beautiful grounds. Great location! Off the beaten path on a quiet, woodsy road in a residential/resort area, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. We saw deer and lots of birds. The family works hard to maintain the property and have added many upgrades. Kitchen counters and tile, and floors throughout looked brand new. Size was just right for our family of 3 and we could have had 2 more guest comfortably. Our return from daily activities each day felt like coming home to a nice and cool place after a long day in the heat! Great wifi! One central cable TV in living room we relaxed to on the sofa and recliner by, and played cards on the table in kitchen area. The provided grills made for nice dinners on the spacious, new porches with seating. Bedrooms were a little stuffy and doors had to stay open at night for circulation, but expected for a cabin, and a fan was provided. Maybe shampoo, soap and coffee would be nice but no big deal, and we didn't know this is like your own little house- you're supposed to bring your own. Plenty of bath towels, cups/plates and cooking utensils provided. Right off the water- there's a view of the river; nice on quiet mornings with a cup of coffee. Picnic tables and seats galore, crystal clear pool with gorgeous planters brimming with flowers, basketball court and boat dock! This place provides for a beautiful, relaxing stroll. Gracious, friendly hosts who always offered a wave and smile. Such a nice family always working on the grounds and maintaining/upgrading things. Can't imagine them needing to add much more but the family is still upgrading. We can definitely see this little gem growing, and deservedly so. Our first experience in a cabin and now we never want a hotel again! Don't hesitate to stay, you wont be disappointed! Glad we found this place! We loved it here!
